Just wanted to update my review since the restaurant is back with the original owners and it's become Thai House. Still amazing food as it has been since we started eating here almost 4 years ago. It's nice to have the original spring rolls back! They have perfected the cooking process and I didn't realize how much I had missed them. Golden crunchy on the outside and a burst of soft flavorful insides with every bite. My favorite dish is the eggplant and it's nice to have it back exactly as it used to be too! They have updated the inside a bit since coming back and it looks really nice and inviting. The owners are just so nice and welcoming with quick and precise customer service. This continues to be my go to when I want some really good food made for me.

Everything I went here the food was outstanding! Since the business has changed hands again, could you share if the chef is cooking elsewhere?

I've recently settled in Granite Falls and have started to check out the local businesses. For once, the family let me pick where we ate, and I went with Eat Thai in Granite. The outside is simple and easy to spot, which just adds to its charm. The interior is bright, clean, and the delicious smells immediately made me even hungrier! I tried the Pad Thai and Swimming Rama, and both were fantastic--hot, fresh, and full of flavor, just like I remembered. The rest of the family was really happy with their meals too and even told me I made a great choice. The staff was friendly, though they were a bit brisk. They definitely had their system down and knew exactly what they were doing--efficient and to the point, but in a good way!

I had lunch here yesterday (October 26, 2024) with a friend, and it was excellent! We ordered the panang curry and the crispy garlic chicken, along with some white rice. Everything was delicious! We asked for mild as far as spice levels go, but I will say that the curry was still pretty hot. Not so hot that your tastebuds freeze up and you can't taste anything, but just a word to the wise... Maybe tell them you want it as mild as possible, if that is of concern to you. The chicken dish was not spicy, but boy it sure was yummy!! Definitely crispy, great flavor, and a very generous portion! The restaurant itself is spacious, cozy, and very clean. We were greeted very pleasantly upon our arrival, and our server was attentive without hovering. The food came out quite quickly, too. Tons of street parking, so no worries there. If you live in the area or if you're headed to the area, you might want to consider stopping here for a bite. I know I will when I'm back up from Seattle.

This place has amazing Thai food. The women who cook and run the restaurant are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

I never expected to find absolutely amazing Thai food in Granite Falls but I did. This place is legit delicious and service is phenomenal as well. Everyone who works here is so sweet and friendly and go out of their ways to make sure you have an enjoyable dining experience. The portions are generous and everything tastes fresh and perfectly seasoned. The curries are a little spicy and probably run about 2* spicy at the minimum and you can go up in spice level from there. They also do an excellent job with making gluten free food. This is one of the only places I know of that can make gluten free Phad See Ew. We regularly get the Phad See Ew, Vegetable Delight with fried tofu and yellow curry and it's always delicious. If you like Thai food and are anywhere near Granite Falls you should definitely plan on stopping for a meal here.

We just moved here two years ago near the river. We met the first owners, Love the previous owners and Love the new owners. From what I read in previous reviews it's still within the family. They included a third spring roll and the ends are closed, the way these rolls are built compared to other restaurants is they don't fall apart like the rest! The new drinks look interesting! Thanks! I read the negative reviews, so as for the prices, it's inflating literally everywhere how can you possibly blame a small business when they are literally just trying to live. I own an Etsy & Mercari store and all the transactions are being adjusted by +$10. You can thank your economic government!

Our daughter loved the veggie gyoza! We also had the satay (delicious, and the peanut sauce was amazing), beef pad se ew (very flavorful) and crispy garlic chicken (great crisp and flavor). We will be back and or order takeout!!

My my my so very glad we stopped here for dinner and got to meet Meena she is a doll she invented a drink for me and called it "LOVE" When the food came out not only did it smell amazing it looked and tasted so so good! Super delicious!!she hit that rumbly in my tummy spot! Now I know why she called the drink love because even the food was cooked out of love!! Amazing!! We ordered: Potstickers Crab fried rice Larb with duck Pad se ew with chicken Fried eggs And last but not least Meena's "Love Drank" I would most definitely recommend even if you're not from the area TRUST when I say Meena and her family Thai cuisine is worth it because my son and I will most definitely be coming back wish I could just relocate the whole gang to my neck of the woods I'd most definitely be there everyday rain or shine breakfast lunch and dinner I'm there although she'd probably get sick of seeing me lol Must check them out!
